Just thought I’d share how I am working with AI images more.

Older posts have images culled from years of collecting nice images from the net, but of course they don’t have any continuity with the story - blonde one minute, brunette the next, big tits suddenly shrink, pubic hair appears and disappears, clothes wrong etc etc.

So AI came along, and I’ve been playing with it a fair bit, to the point where I am spending far too much time on it.

But I am impressed with what can be achieved with a hybrid workflow - sketches of things you want, then AI improvements on the sketches, and photo manipulation to achieve more deliberate refinements and assembly. Quite crude montages can be turned into coherent scenes, all in a relatively fast way (hours, but not days!)

So here’s a sketch of a low leather seat, designed to support a number of slavegirl use positions (I mean, let’s not beat about the bush, here):

Then I got the AI to make it more ‘real’

Then I made a simpler ‘analogue’ of the seat as a low table, with the girl in ‘use position 1’ (there will be more) - because I wanted the AI to make a realistic girl, and not get distracted by the chair. I used a decent ipad sketching app, but you can see I didn’t even try for realism, just proportion and enough shading and colour to give the AI a clue.

Then I got the AI to work on the girl:

Then some image manipulator work gives me a ‘seed’ for the AI:

From there it’s iterative improvements. The AI does make some things hard. The notch in the ‘back’ of the chaise is to hold the girl’s neck, with her lying back to allow reverse blowjobs - the AI keeps deleting it because it has never seen a chair like that before.

But quite soon we’re near the sort of quality and specificity I can accept (it could always be better..):

The AI models which are happier with nsfw are sometimes less good at faces. so occasionally I make a face-only image and use photo manipulation to merge.

Of course, the room itself is very basic here, but I often run out of steam about this point. Rooms can be made good, too, of course.

There’s another technique since video got good - make a video of even an early version of the image, then take it to one of the free websites which captures each frame of the movie - now you have twenty or more ready made poses to choose from, rather than spending hours trying to get it to move an arm for you (you can get ‘seed’ images from gifs this way, too).

This is in no sense a claim of skill - it’s all trial and (lots) of error - I don’t know what I’m doing, and haven’t time to learn except by trying.

There are strong limits to what I can attempt - the ass-fucking image in Prilly 4 is partly achieved with these processes, but the hands are a mess, and I didn’t even try to achieve the exact positions described in the text. I was able to make the guy in the original image clothed, that’s fairly easy, but its all work.

Video can do surprising things, too!

I may not change what I’m doing, as I mainly please myself - but it will be interesting to hear opinions.
