This document is intended for those wishing to enter into sexual servitude under clear and specific conditions.

VOLUNTARY COMMITMENTS TO SEXUAL SERVITUDE

These Commitments may also be colloquially known as the ‘Volunteer Slave (or ‘Cunt’) Commitments’.

Preamble

This document contains a list of Commitments a Volunteer might choose to make to those whom they choose to invite to control them, specifically in terms of the Volunteer’s sexual submission to their Controllers.

If a Volunteer so chooses, they may formally acknowledge their Commitments to their Controllers, inviting them, with deep and serious intent, to take those Commitments, in respect of their treatment of the Volunteer, as both absolute and irrevocable.

The implication of doing this will be that each and every Commitment will permanently shape the Volunteer’s future, most particularly concerning their freedoms in regard to action or inaction and rights not to be harmed or sexually abused.

These are Voluntary Commitments, made freely by the Volunteer, and without any necessary reference to those to whomever Commitments are made to. Controllers are not responsible for Commitments made by Volunteers.

The purpose, for a Volunteer, of making such Commitments is to make it clear that in the event of any perceived failure on the Volunteer’s part to abide by Commitments they have made, that the Volunteer asks, humbly begs, that they strongly desire those whom they have invited to control them to enforce compliance— without hesitation or consideration, with whatever degree of force or cruelty which they judge is appropriate (with reference to whatever Enforcement Commitment is in place; see below for detail)— no matter how intense the Volunteer’s opposition or pathetic their pleading might be at the time.

At the same time, of course, the Volunteer acknowledges that their choice to make a Commitment places no constraint or obligation whatsoever upon anyone else.

Editor’s note: recently, the description above has begun to be referred to as ‘Consensual Non-Consent’— CNC for short. In this sense, perhaps, the Voluntary Commitments document was ahead of its time.

STRONG ADVICE: Volunteers should not enter into Commitments of this kind without accepting that they will be in no position to argue about words or definitions afterwards; Commitments will be generously interpreted— and thus enforced— in the spirit in which they are written, without reference to legalistic niceties.

IMPORTANT NOTE: None of the Commitments set out in this document have any legal force; no claim is made as to status. What Volunteers will experience as a result of making Commitments is entirely the responsibility of themselves and of those whom they invite to control them. The Commitments are set out here, as is, in the hope that they will be useful. Everyone should feel free to take them as examples from which to develop Commitments of their own, which more closely meet their circumstances.

This is a practical document. The authors are not concerned with anyone else’s views. If you wish to philosophise or otherwise debate, talk to someone who cares.

THE GENERAL FORMAT

Here we set out a typical way of framing a set of Commitments so that they can be easily communicated and understood.

This is not in any sense an ‘official’ format— simply one which has developed over time and through usage.

Voluntary Commitments are of three kinds, usually presented in this order:

  • Bounding Commitments
    • as to time, and also sometimes place, where Control may be exercised.
  • Specific Commitments
    • Commitments to accept Control with details
  • The Enforcement Commitment
    • This is a special Commitment concerning the extent of enforcement, which needs to be in place at all times. The depth of your Commitment here will thus affect the outcome of all other Commitments.

It is not unusual for there to be several sets of such Commitments. Some Commitments might be permanent— for example, the boundary Commitment might be ‘for all time’ — while others might be time or location specific.

However, this can get out of hand. Try, always, to keep things as simple as possible.

BOUNDING COMMITMENTS

These Commitments stipulate times and places within which the other Commitments apply.

  • TIME COMMITMENTS: These state particular time periods during which the Volunteer Commits to accept Control.

    • I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly ask to be subjected to Control [‘within these time periods’ -or- ‘for « -number of- » hours each day/week/month’] « or other specification ».

  • LOCATION COMMITMENTS: These define any specific locations where the Volunteer Commits to accept Control.

    • I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly ask to be subjected to Control while I am within the boundaries of: « list of locations ».

  • COMMITMENT DURATION: This defines the length of time during which the Commitment will be in force - a week, a year, forever. This is an important component!. Note that in the case of longer-term commitments, specifics as to time and place will need to incorporate some statement to the effect of ‘or equivalents as shall be decided by those who Control me’. It will be seen that such a provision could be grossly abused by Controllers. There is no way around this within this format, without setting shorter time durations.

    • I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly ask to be subjected to the entirety of these Commitments [‘for a period lasting « -XX- » hours/days/months/years’ -or- ‘forever’], from « -start date- ».

Note that it is possible to set boundary commitments using ‘at’ ‘and’ and ‘or’ terms, so that control may be specified for:

  • a particular location ‘at’ particular times
  • specific times ‘or’ while at particular locations (so that control is requested in any location during the specified times, or at any time when the Volunteer is at any specified location)
  • specific times ‘and’ locations— the Volunteer requests control in any specified location at times as specified.

SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS:

These vary widely, are typically particular to the circumstances and best chosen to suit by the Volunteer. It is not useful to do more than provide a few examples and a few relatively standard Commitments (there are more in the Appendices; there is one for Standards and another for Examples).

Examples: Typically, a block of commitments is set out thus:

  • not to speak unless spoken to.
  • never to lie to my Controller(s).
  • to allow all my holes to be penetrated at will, by penises, fingers, or by sex toys.
  • to accept degrading treatment and language with sincere humility.
  • to be naked, or in such clothing as is required of me, at all times.
  • to accept physical violence on the same terms as my Enforcement Commitment, with grace and humility.
  • to express my emotions in ways which I believe may be entertaining to my Controller(s).

Certain ‘standard’ Commitments can be referred to without detail; since all of its provisions are ‘standards’, the Commitment block set out above could be expressed as:

THE ENFORCEMENT COMMITMENT

This is the overarching Commitment which governs how all other Commitments may be exercised. It is perhaps the Commitment which it is least advisable to develop a personal version of.

NOTE: The Volunteer must realise that their personal commitment to accept any degree of enforcement is their own business alone. They should not imagine that they can control or predict the actions of others. Commitment to enforcement is a confirmation by the Volunteer specifying that they desire to be subjected to any and all enforcement without restraint of any kind, within the specified limits.

IT IN NO WAY PLACES ANY REQUIREMENT ON OTHERS TO STAY WITHIN THOSE LIMITS.

Sexual submission inherently places the Volunteer at risk of abuse beyond any limit they may wish to set. The Commitments do not alter that fact. Recourse to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction is available.

In practice, we observe that many Volunteer Slaves are somewhat obsessive about the commitments, while many Controllers do little more than skim them. Again, the emphasis here is on the Volunteer’s Commitment to what they will allow themselves to be forced to do in the future. Commitments are about the Volunteer requesting to be forced to comply, to accept, to suffer, not about others restraining themselves.

Simply the Commitment can be stated, and communicated to others in this format:

I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly invite Enforcement in respect of all other Voluntary Commitments. Enforcement specifically includes imprisonment and/or restraints and/or stress positions and/or physical force and/or threats of pain and/or psychological pressure and/or deprivation of air, water or food and/or social exposure. The extent of such enforcement shall be limited by Degree « specify ».

The standard range of Enforcement Degrees is in the Enforcement Appendix.

A typical Commitment Statement.

I, « insert name of Volunteer » formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly ask to be subjected to Control, each week, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm until 10pm, and from 7pm on Friday until 10pm on Sunday, and at any time when I am in the dungeon at the Hellfire Club.

I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly ask to be subjected to the entirety of these Commitments for a period lasting 6 weeks, from January 1st, 1971.

While under Control, I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to the standard conditions of: Expression, Use of Holes, Degrading Treatment, Nakedness, Violent treatment.

While under Control, I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind;

  • to be subject to public humiliation, including:
    • performing oral sex for strangers (male or female).
    • masturbation
    • object penetration
    • spanking and slapping.

I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to submit to, and humbly invite Enforcement in respect of all Voluntary Commitments set out in this Commitment Statement. Enforcement specifically may include imprisonment and/or restraints and/or stress positions and/or physical force and/or threats of pain and/or psychological pressure and/or deprivation of air, water or food and/or social exposure. The extent of such enforcement shall be limited by Degree Three.

Standard Commitments Appendix

Expression

While under Control, I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to

  • not speak unless spoken to,
  • never lie to my Controller(s),
  • express my emotions in ways which I believe may be entertaining to my Controller(s).

Holes (sex toys)

While under Control, I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to allow all my holes to be penetrated at will, by penises, fingers, or by sex toys.

Degrading Treatment

While under Control, I formally Commit my whole self, body and mind, to accept degrading treatment and language with sincere humility.

ENFORCEMENT TO DEGREE ZERO

General limitations:

  • Safeword and signal in place. You stipulate that on making such a sign, all usage should cease.
  • No injury or damage which might be permanent or require hospitalisation.
  • No bestiality.
  • No homosexual activity.

Physical Force: Force applied with hands only. No significant damage to other body parts.

Imprisonment: 1 hour maximum.

Restraints: 1 hour maximum; soft restraints only. No extreme positions.

Stress positions: 10 minutes maximum.

Threats of pain: Limited to threat of use of implements; no threat of impingement of other limits.

Psychological Pressure: Mild, conversational.

Deprivation:

  • of Air: for 20 seconds maximum.
  • of Water: for 3 hours maximum.
  • of Food: for 18 hours maximum.

Social Exposure: Not permitted. No public exposure. No risk to relations around work, family, close friends, educational undertakings.

Specific Protections: No visible damage to face, hands, forearms, lower legs, nipples, mons or clitoris.

ENFORCEMENT TO DEGREE ONE

General limitations: No injury or damage which might be permanent or require hospitalisation.

  • No bestiality.

Physical Force: Force applied with hands and ’toy’ instruments only. No significant damage to other body parts.

Imprisonment: 4 hours maximum.

Restraints: 1 hour maximum; soft restraints only. No extreme positions.

Stress positions: 20 minutes maximum.

Threats of pain: Limited to threat of use of implements; no threat of impingement of other limits.

Psychological Pressure: Mild, conversational.

Deprivation:

  • of Air: for 30 seconds maximum
  • of Water: for 4 hours maximum
  • of Food: for 36 hours maximum

Social Exposure: Not permitted. No risk to relations around work, family, close friends, educational undertakings.

Specific Protections: No visible damage to face, hands, forearms, lower legs, nipples, mons or clitoris.

ENFORCEMENT TO DEGREE SIX

General limitations: No injury or damage which would risk permanent disability or death. Non-extreme Beauty treatments and body-art carried out by trained professionals are fully excepted from this limitation.

  • No bestiality.

Physical Force: No torture devices or extreme punishments.

Imprisonment: 2 weeks maximum.

Restraints: No extreme restraints; otherwise unlimited within General limitations.

Stress positions: No extreme positions; otherwise limited to three hours maximum.

Threats of pain: Limited to threat of extreme punishment or extreme beauty treatments; no threat of impingement of other limits..

Psychological Pressure: Unlimited within General limitations.

Deprivation:

  • of Air: for 60 seconds maximum.
  • of Water: for 18 hours maximum.
  • of Food: for 3 days maximum.

Social Exposure: Unlimited.

Imprisonment: Unlimited within General limitations.

Restraints: Unlimited within General limitations.

Stress positions: Unlimited within General limitations.

Threats of pain: No threats of death; otherwise unlimited within General limitations.

Psychological Pressure: Unlimited within General limitations.

Deprivation:

Restraints: Unlimited within General limitations.

Stress positions: Unlimited within General limitations.

Threats of pain: Unlimited within General limitations.

Deprivation:

Enforcement Notes

  • Formal acknowledgement is usually made explicit to those whom the Volunteer wish to have control over them, but can be private to the Volunteer, in which case they are their own enforcer.
  • If the volunteer wishes to Commit themselves to something specific which goes beyond the general Enforcement Degree they are happy with, it is best to leave the general degree statement unchanged, and devise a special circumstances Commitment describing the conditions under which they don’t want specific enforcement conditions to apply.

      • In the case of oral sex, I commit to accepting forced penetration for periods longer than the air deprivation limit in my Enforcement Commitment.
